Sessions

Your initial session is all about you! What are your reasons for seeking out a yoga therapist and/or energy worker? What would you most like to be able to do? How would you most like to feel? What would you most like to learn or know as a result of practicing yoga? I’ll ask you to fill out some forms and then ask you questions to collect information about you, your needs, your history, and your priorities. I take this information, study and evaluate it and design a program especially for you.

For example, for many, the goal of yoga therapy is to reduce some form of pain in their body. It could be physical pain and tension held in the body due to the stresses of life; or psychological and emotional pain held in the mind and body over piling up responsibilities. For others, it can be learning how to cope with the physical, physiological, psychological, and emotional transformations and changes happening during various life stages and changes, including pregnancy, menopause and transitioning.

Your next session(s) includes a yoga practice designed for you based on your on-going needs. The session practices are refined to accommodate your needs as they change. The goal is to provide you with tools that help you self-care and feel better about you and about life.

Please dress comfortably for your session and bring water and a mat and blanket if you have them. Sessions are held in South Austin at a convenient location.
Rates: 60 minute session $120, 75 minute session $150
24-hour cancellation policy.
